  9. Dr. Barbara Walters' Brief Narrative Reports system allows you to do all this
  10. and more. Here's how. When examining a patient, the doctor ``checks off'' the
  11. appropriate items on Dr. Walter's copyrighted patient examination form. This
  12. form is then given to the computer operator. All possible parts of a brief
  13. narrative report are listed on the form and also displayed on the computer's
  14. screen. Listed are such things as: Findings, Adhesions, Discs, Facets,
  15. Foramina, Disposition, Recommendations, and many more. By using pop-up windows
  16. which display many possible phrases, you simply select the appropriate phrase
  17. for that part of the report and press the ``enter'' key. No typing is
  18. necessary. Then, in two key strokes, you can transfer this file to your
  19. favorite word processor.
